FuelingAround is a web-based gas delivery service that operates on a subscription model, providing customers with the convenience of having gas delivered to their parked vehicles. Our client required a user-friendly ordering system and landing page to promote their services, which presented a unique challenge due to the startup nature of the business and limited knowledge of the customer's pain points and requirements.

To address this challenge, we conducted workshops, surveys, value proposition and hypothesis, research, and stakeholder interviews to discover user needs, which include seamless sign-up, easy opt-out, simple way to request service online, low gas reminders, price confidence, accessibility, and security. Based on these user needs, we developed design solutions to create an intuitive and visually appealing website that provides an optimal user experience.

Our focus on transparency, trust, and security resulted in a customer dashboard that presents relevant information in a clear and concise manner, including gas prices, delivery history, and upcoming deliveries with pricing. Additionally, we incorporated features such as real-time gas price comparison data, a prominent cancel subscription button, and low gas reminders to meet the user's needs for price confidence, easy opt-out, and low gas reminders.

By integrating these design solutions, FuelingAround is now able to offer a user-friendly ordering system and landing page that meets the client's requirements and provides an optimal user experience for their target market of young, tech-savvy individuals who are price-sensitive when it comes to gas.
